This Ministry is the offshoot of the greater Ministry, ASSEMBLIES OF PRAISE INTERNATIONAL and some materials on both websites will certainly interrelate.

 

It must be noted however that each Ministry is independent of the other in terms of administration.  API is a Church while ETPCM is a Ministry that sprang up from the Church.

Dr. Emmanuel Okanla is the General Overseer of Assemblies of Praise International.  He is a Pastor and Missionary, Teacher and Counselor.  Trained in secular education as a research scientist, Pastor Emmanuel worked as a University Professor (Lecturer) in Nigeria for 18 years, teaching and doing research in Parasitology. 

This vocation was combined with his ministerial work for many years until the Lord called him into full time ministry.  Pastor Emmanuel has a powerful Prophetic Ministry and you will benefit from that also on this website.

Felicia Okanla is the wife of Pastor Emmanuel Okanla.  She is an equal partner in the Ministry.  Basically trained as an accountant in the United States, Felicia worked for some years as corporate accountant for Land- O- Lakes in Minnesota and later for University of Ilorin Press.  She returned to the US to work with Benny Hinn’s Ministry and later moved to Minnesota and has worked with Metro Social Services for some Years.  A leader of women, Counselor and Teacher.

Both have been married for more than forty years and are blessed with 4 children, Adetokunbo an Attorney, Oluwafunmilola a Professional Social Worker, Oluwafunmito a Certified Public Accountant and Oluwaseun, an Engineering student.
